Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of dfwexpertroofers.com and any roofing services you arrange with Dallas Metro Roofing Pro. By requesting an estimate or scheduling work, you agree to what follows.

Estimates and quotes

Prices shown on this website are starting points and are not binding offers. Actual pricing depends on the size, condition, and accessibility of the property and the scope of work. A firm price is provided only after we assess the job. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, or the length of a preceding job. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may result in a trip charge.

Weather and conditions

Some work cannot be performed safely in rain, high wind, freezing temperatures, or lightning. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety reasons at no penalty to either party.

Property access and preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including access to a water source and electrical outlet where the job requires it. You are responsible for moving or securing vehicles, furniture, plants, pets, and fragile or valuable items from the work area before we arrive, and for closing windows and doors. Please tell us in advance about any known defects — loose siding, damaged mortar, aging seals, prior repairs, or existing leaks — so we can adjust our approach.

Pre-existing conditions

We are not responsible for damage arising from conditions that existed before we began work, including deteriorated surfaces, failed seals, improper prior installation, or hidden defects that were not disclosed to us and were not reasonably visible during inspection.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Balances unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law, and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs.

Workmanship and warranty

We stand behind our work. Any warranty on labor or materials is stated in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass to you and are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage from storms, impact, abuse, neglect, alterations by others, or ordinary wear.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or loss of use.

Licensing and insurance

We carry the licensing and insurance required for the work we perform in our service area. Proof of coverage is available on request.

Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information. Photographs may be illustrative rather than a specific past job. We may update service descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county in which the work was performed.
