These terms apply to your use of dfwexpertroofers.com and the phone line shown on it, both run by DFW Expert Roofers, a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group ("the line", "we", "us"). By using the site or calling the line, you agree to them.
What the line is
DFW Expert Roofers is a free referral phone line and website. It is not a roofing contractor. An automated assistant answers calls, asks about your roof and your location, and transfers you to, or passes your details to, an independent roofing company in Dallas-Fort Worth. We do not inspect, quote, repair, replace, tarp or install anything, we do not handle insurance claims, and we do not employ or supervise the roofing companies.
The roofing company is independent
Any inspection, estimate, contract, work, warranty and payment is solely between you and the roofing company you choose. We make no promise about any company's work, pricing, schedule, licensing, insurance or conduct, and we are not a party to your agreement with it. Texas does not issue a state roofing license, so before you hire, check the company yourself: ask for proof of insurance, a written contract, and any permit or city registration your city requires. Referral fees
Calling and being connected costs you nothing. The line can collect a referral fee from the roofer. That fee does not change what you pay a company unless the company itself tells you otherwise.
Information on the site
The guides and pages on this site are general information about roofing, storms, permits and insurance in North Texas. They are not legal, insurance, engineering or financial advice. Rules, codes and policies change and differ by city and insurer; confirm anything important with the city, your insurer or a qualified professional. We cite our sources and try to keep facts current, but we do not promise the site is complete or free of errors.
Safety
This site never asks you to climb onto a roof or do roof work yourself. Stay off damaged roofs, keep away from downed power lines and call 911 in an emergency.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the forms or the phone line, submit false information, or try to disrupt the site. We may block traffic or calls that abuse the service.

To the extent the law allows, the line and Dominion Digital Group are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the phone line, or any roofing company you are connected with, including property damage, workmanship problems, delays or insurance outcomes.
