DFW Expert Roofers is a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group. In this policy, "the line", "we" and "us" mean DFW Expert Roofers. We run the website dfwexpertroofers.com and a free phone line that connects callers with independent, locally owned roofing companies in Dallas-Fort Worth. We do no roofing work. This page explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Calls. An automated assistant answers the line and asks which service you need and what is happening. We keep a record of the call: your phone number, the time, and what you told the assistant. It is used to route the call and, if the roofer misses the transfer, to hand that company your name, a number to call, your town, the problem and how urgent it is, so it can return the call.
- The contact form at /contact/ collects your name, phone number, town or ZIP code, the kind of help you chose and any note you write.
- The checklist form at /hail-claim-checklist/ asks for a first name, an email address and a ZIP code, plus an optional phone number.
- Technical information that websites and their hosts record by default: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the page that referred you.
How we use it
- To connect your call or request with an independent roofing company that serves your area, so it can reach you.
- To deliver the checklist PDF you requested.
- To see overall traffic patterns and repair anything broken on the site.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
We do not use your details to sell you unrelated products, and we do not send marketing texts.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal information. When you call or send the contact form, your name, phone number, location and description of the roof problem go to the roofing company we connect you with. If you add a phone number to the checklist form and ask for a call, those details go to a roofing company that works in your ZIP code. That company is independent of us, and its own privacy practices apply to what it does with your information. We also use service providers to run the phone line, host the site and its forms (Netlify) and measure traffic (Google Analytics); they receive only what they need for that work. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies, analytics and translation
Visits are measured with Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to count visits and to record when someone taps the phone number. If you use the EN/ES button, the page loads Google Translate, which sets a cookie remembering your language. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them, though the language choice will not be remembered.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep call records and form entries only as long as needed to connect you, answer questions about a referral, and meet legal and accounting needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records the law requires us to keep. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To make a request, call (469) 649-7066 or use the contact form and say it is a privacy request.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
